Surfing England and GB Surfing Progression Squad member Charlotte Mulley secured an impressive 4th place finish at the EuroSurf Championship held last week in Santa Cruz, Portugal.

Charlotte delivered strong performances throughout the event, with a standout moment in Round 5 when she executed a powerful backside turn in the final seconds to leap from 4th to 1st place. In the final, she nearly repeated her buzzer-beater strategy but was unlucky not to catch a scoring wave in the dying moments.

By reaching the final, Charlotte earned an all-expenses-paid invitation to the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Global Finals, taking place 17–23 November 2025 at Punta Mango Beach.

The rest of the GB Surfing Progression Squad also had solid showings: Alys Barton finished 6th, Lauren Sandland 11th, Patrick Langdon-Dark 8th, and Stanley Norman 13th. Lukas Skinner did not compete as he is in the final stages of recovery from injury.
