GB Surfing is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director with a background in elite performance sport to help shape the future of surfing in Great Britain.

In this role, you will:
🏄‍♂️ Advise the Board on strategy, policy, and vision in collaboration with our leadership team.
🏄‍♀️ Provide expert guidance on performance and talent development.
🏄 Lead or chair key performance panels, including selection and appeals.
