The CISF are looking for a Head Junior Coach. This position is for someone who is passionate about surfing, has the ability to develop a Junior Surfing Programme for the whole of the Channel Islands, manage and oversee all aspects of junior surfing in the Channel Islands and be skilled in developing junior surfers to contribute into the wider GB Surfing Programme.

The CISF Head Coach Programme will be part funded by GB Surfing and will form a crucial part of the Pathway Development Programme fitting in with the wider and longterm development aims
