GB Surfing is seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director (Performance) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of elite British surfing. As the organisation drives towards its ambition of developing world-class athletes for the LA 2028 Olympic Games and achieving podium success at Brisbane 2032 and beyond, this role will provide strategic leadership, expert guidance, and oversight across performance and talent development. Working closely with the Board and executive team, the successful candidate will bring deep experience in elite sport to help refine strategy, strengthen performance pathways, and support the continued growth of a high-performance programme designed to deliver sustained international success.
